Being a manifesto format, it gave us the perfect opportunity to build something straightfoward: Less about explaining, more about the feeling.

The film lives with a strong graphic language that embraced design principles such as contrast, repetition, typography and color from the start.

The art direction was intentionally direct, fresh and colorful, and we used motion as a way to amplify the film's tone and rhythm, rather than decorate it.

Design and animation evolved together (all in After effects), allowing us to test how type, layout, and movement could interact with eachother, in a way that felt meaningful and dynamic. A close collaboration with the Shillington team, fluid and responsive, helped to preserve bold design choices & snappy animation.
